At Something Went Wrong, we believe perfection is overrated, but your satisfaction isn't. If your order isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwanted items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is unworn.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
